    The Planning Commission advises the City Commission on matters relating to the development of the City and prepares and recommends a Master Plan and Zoning Code for the City as scheduled and mandated by law. The Planning Commission is meeting electronically in accordance with Gov. Whitmer’s Executive Order No. 2020-77 prohibiting gatherings of any number of people occurring among persons not part of a single household.
